Charming 3 * and 4 * star furnished accommodation, space and comfort by the sea for your holidays in Corsica, France. The property includes the four star Villa with its panoramic terrace and 4 large bedrooms/bathrooms, two 2 room Mini-Villas (44 m²) and two 3 room mini-villas(59m²) .

The villas are situated in Southern Corsica, a 3 minute walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Golfe de Lava, designated as a Natura 2000 site. A quiet and pleasant vacation spot near the town of Appietto, part of Grand Ajaccio. Our villas are halfway between Sagone (to the north) and Ajaccio. 60 km from the Gulf of Porto via Cargèse.

Overlooking the Gulf of Lava and enjoying a panoramic view of the sea and the countryside, our beautiful 4-star Villa, with independent air conditioning in each room, has a comfort that you will appreciate: modernity, soft colors, honey, apricot and light wood. Charm, tradition, panoramic views, silence, nature, sun, sea and fine sand are all brought together here. The villa is ideally suited for 8 people but due to the spacious size of the communal areas 10 people can be easily and comfortably accommodated.

3 room Mini-Villas ***

The two adjoining villas, Bavella and Cistes are situated towards the centre of the building, they each measure 59m² and are air-conditioned. These two bedroom, two bathroom villas are ideal for 4 people but with the large living area and expansive covered terrace, they are can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The two villas can be interconnected to host 8-12 people. Cistes can also be combined with Dune, our 2 room mini-villa for a capacity of 8-10 people.

2 room Mini-villas

Asphodèle 3* and Dune 3* are luxury air-conditioned villas, each with a surface area of 44m², ideal for a couple or 4 guests with their generous living space and large covered terrace. The Villa called Dune can be combined with the adjoining 3 piece villa "Ciste" for a total capacity of 8/10 people.
